To book Playday LA for your event, simply fill out our contact form and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 24 hours to discuss your needs, vision for the event, and schedule your rental service.

Yes, we specialize in creating custom event themes to match your vision and style. Whether you want a tropical beach party with festive party favors and invitations or a vintage-inspired wedding, we can bring your ideas to life.

We work with a variety of venues, including backyards, hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more. We can also help you find the perfect venue if you haven't already selected one.

Once you have submitted your request, we will contact you to discuss the details of your event and any rentals requested. You will need to sign the waiver and event rental agreement along with providing a 50% deposit before we confirm your reservation.

YOU MUST LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE A DIFFICULT DELIVERY LOCATION:

• We will not be able to deliver the bounce house up or down steep hills or driveways. Our bounce houses are over 300 lbs.
• Bounce Houses cannot ascend or descend more than 4 steps of stairs, the client is responsible for ensuring that the bounce house can enter and exit (3-4 feet width) the event space and setup area on a flat hard ground surface.

We deliver to the entire Los Angeles County area (50 mile max)

We recommend scheduling your rental 1-2 weeks in advance. To ensure that you get  your preferred style the earlier you request the better. But we can do our best to accommodate any last minute parties.

If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, we require you give us a 3 day notice before your event day. If you fail to  cancel your reservation within the 72 hours of the reservation date, a cancellation fee may be applied.

No, if you do not have electrical power available at your setup location than you MUST rent a Generator as well. If you do have a Portable Generator and want to use that instead of renting one, you must let us know to make sure it will have enough power to support the inflatable. There must be ample space for the generator to operate in an open outside environment at least 15 ft away from the bouncer. A fire extinguisher will also be provided with a generator rental in case of fire.

We take cleaning and hygiene very seriously. They are cleaned and sanitized after each use. Our bounce houses are brand new and have little to no wear and tear.

SUPERVISION:

Inflatable rentals must have the supervision of a responsible guardian, parent or adult attendant. The attendant is responsible for monitoring safety and ensuring the rules are being followed by participants.

INFLATABLE RULES:

• NO SHARP OBJECTS IN OR AROUND INFLATABLE.
• NO SHOES & PLEASE REMOVE ANY JEWELRY OR EYEGLASSES BEFORE ENTERING.
• NO FOOD, DRINKS, GUM, PETS, OILS, PAINT OR OTHER MESSY ACTIVITIES ALLOWED.
• NO FLIPPING, TUMBLING, WRESTLING, PILING OR CHASING.
• NO UNEVENLY MATCHED PARTICIPANTS. HEIGHTS AND WEIGHTS SHOULD BE DISTRIBUTED EVENLY. ADULTS WITH ADULTS & CHILDREN WITH CHILDREN ONLY.
• DO NOT PLAY NEAR THE ENTRANCE OR EXIT OF THE INFLATABLE. NO JUMPING AGAINST OR CLIMBING THE SIDE WALLS.
• DO NOT ENTER THE INFLATABLE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED.
• STOP USING THE INFLATABLE IF THERE ARE SIGNS OF AIR LOSS.
• WEIGHT SHOULD NOT EXCEED 300-800LBS DEPENDING ON BOUNCE HOUSE.
• KEEP BOUNCE SURFACE CLEAR OF OBJECTS TO PREVENT SLIPPING OR FALLING.

SLIDE RULES:

• ONLY ONE RIDER ALLOWED ON THE SLIDE AT A TIME.
• DO NOT SLIDE HEAD FIRST, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD RIDE LAYING DOWN FEET FIRST.
• NO BUBBLES, SOAP OR OILS ALLOWED

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

We allow for set up when it is raining, during a hurricane, there’s lightning or there are heavy winds. If the weather changes unexpectedly during the time of operation, STOP playing, remain calm, and carefully exit the inflatable.

Do Not use inflatable when winds exceed 25mph, if there is rain, hale, or lightning.
